Question 1

What is ELOXP?

Accepted Answer

ELOXP is a competitive chess platform with performance-based ratings. Connect your Chess.com or Lichess account, compete in rated matches, and earn ELOXP skill points across 47 tracked multipliers. Our proprietary rating system measures HOW you play, not just IF you win.

Question 2

How do I compete on ELOXP?

Accepted Answer

1) Create a free ELOXP account, 2) Connect your Chess.com or Lichess account, 3) Add funds to your account, 4) Create or accept a rated match, 5) Play your game on Chess.com, Lichess, or ELOXP Arena, 6) Your performance is analyzed across 47 multipliers and your rating is updated. Pure skill determines rankings!

Question 3

Is ELOXP legitimate?

Accepted Answer

Yes! ELOXP is a legitimate competitive chess platform. Outcomes are determined entirely by player skill — chess is universally recognized as a game of pure skill. Our performance-based rating system provides the most accurate measure of chess ability available.

Question 4

What are ELOXP skill points?

Accepted Answer

ELOXP skill points measure your competitive chess ability on our platform. You earn ELOXP through gameplay multipliers (tactical moves, checkmates, etc.) which determine your division ranking from Rookie (800-999) to Grandmaster (2400+). ELOXP is separate from your Chess.com/Lichess rating.

Question 5

Can I use my Chess.com or Lichess account?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! ELOXP integrates directly with both Chess.com and Lichess. Simply connect your existing account through OAuth, and you can play your matches on whichever platform you prefer. Your games are automatically tracked and analyzed.

Question 6

How does the ELOXP rating system work?

Accepted Answer

ELOXP uses a proprietary performance-based ELO system that tracks 47 chess multipliers — including tactics, positional play, endgame technique, and more. Your rating adjusts based on HOW you play, not just match outcomes. This gives a more accurate picture of your true chess strength than traditional ELO alone.

Question 7

How is ELOXP different from Chess.com or Lichess?

Accepted Answer

Chess.com and Lichess are fantastic for playing chess! ELOXP adds a competitive layer on top — you play your games on those platforms or natively on ELOXP Arena, and ELOXP provides advanced performance analytics, our proprietary 47-multiplier skill point system, and a competitive ranking ecosystem.
